What is required to reserve my date?
A signed contract and a retainer. Dates are not held without both.
Is the retainer refundable?
Retainers are typically non refundable because they reserve time on my calendar. If you need to reschedule, your retainer transfers to the new date within the reschedule window listed in your contract.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available for the packages that include them, and can also be requested for larger sessions when needed.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due before the session date. Your exact due date is listed in your invoice and contract.
What happens if we need to reschedule?
Life happens (especially with kids). Your $100 retainer is non-refundable but fully transferable. Just let me know in advance, and we will find a new date that works.
Can I switch packages after I book?
Yes. If you switch to a higher package, you pay the difference. If you switch to a lower package, the retainer stays the same and the remaining balance adjusts according to your contract.
